When Oddwalk is featured at a conference or rally, that responsibility is taken very seriously. Working in conjunction with local parish, school, event, or diocesan staff, Oddwalk tailors its message of community, participation, and mission to the local theme and various needs of the community. Through fun and engaging music and stories, Oddwalk witnesses to a lived faith as few others can. Oddwalk can\u00a0also be called upon to serve as emcees, a warm-up act, weavers, the house band\u00a0leaders, or as prayer leaders. \n<\/a>Concerts<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through an uplifting blend of energetic, thought-provoking, and prayerful songs, Oddwalk is\u00a0adept at providing hours of evangelism and entertainment, be the audience a few dozen or several hundred people. Shannon and Orin get crowds on\u00a0their feet either as a duo, or if desired with the support of a full band. \n\"IMG_9935\"<\/a><\/a>Prayer<\/strong><\/p>\n

When leading prayer, be it mass, adoration, or praise and worship (or any other sacred time), Oddwalk makes sure everyone sings their prayer and participates fully. Our original compositions or favorites of your community both invite all to prayer and sometimes can challenge conventional notions of prayer \u2014 and in doing so help to deepen our relationship with God and our relationships with those in our Christian\u00a0communities.<\/p>\n

\nRetreats<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oddwalk retreats are focused on drawing people into a deeper understanding of\u00a0themselves and their relationship with God. Through a mix of reflective music, witnessing, activities, discussion, and\u00a0prayer, Oddwalk engages and challenges youth and young adults with the Gospel. Oddwalk\u00a0has much experience providing retreats for 7-12th grade teens (including Confirmation groups) and\u00a0college-aged and other young adults, such as parish or school staffs. Workshops<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oddwalk workshops, for youth or adults, focus on educating and catechizing in an entertaining way, and preparing\u00a0leaders of our Church for the challenges that they may face in their parish or school. In particular, our workshops on Liturgy and Liturgical Leadership are\u00a0effective tools for those wishing to expand and clarify their current knowledge and\u00a0experience, and for those who wish to grow more deeply into their faith through a fuller\u00a0understanding of ritual and music.
